How we work
Four rules we do not bend.
- Scope before work. Every job gets a written scope and fee before we connect. No open-ended hourly meter.
- Say no early. If a job is outside what we can support properly, you hear it at the scoping stage — not after a bill.
- You keep ownership. Licences, accounts, files and encryption keys stay in your name.
- Write it down. What changed, what to watch, what it cost. Documentation belongs to you.
A note on the other site
Software subscriptions for the same audience are sold through a separate website, progressive-technology.org, run as an independent business under its own terms. This site covers support labour only. Nothing bought there is supported here under warranty, and nothing bought here includes a software subscription.
