Vendor liaison

When a supplier ticket goes in circles, we take the correspondence over: restate the fault in terms their second line accepts, chase the escalation path, and translate the answer back into something actionable.

The problem

Support queues are not built for small accounts.

A one-person business with a broken invoicing package is a low-priority ticket to a large vendor. The first-line script does not fit, the fault gets closed as “resolved”, and the same explanation has to be typed again by someone who is losing a day of work.

We take that correspondence off your hands. We write the fault up properly — versions, error text, reproduction steps, what has already been tried — and then pursue it through the vendor’s own process, including escalation when the first answer is not good enough.

  • Fault write-up in the vendor’s own format
  • Ticket ownership: we hold the thread, you get summaries
  • Escalation to second line and account management
  • Plain-English summaries of what the vendor actually said
  • A record of every exchange, kept with your account

Process

Three moves.

Reconstruct

Gather the evidence: version, error text, timestamps, what changed, what has been tried.

Take the thread

We correspond with the vendor as your technical contact, with your written authorisation.

Escalate or close

If the standard path stalls, we use the escalation route; if the answer is a limitation, we say so plainly.

Boundaries

What agency does not mean.

  • We cannot change vendor policy, credit terms or contract conditions
  • We cannot grant vendor permissions that belong to the licence holder
  • We do not act as your legal representative in a dispute
  • We do not promise an outcome — only that the process is run properly
  • You remain the licence holder and the account owner throughout
